Bars that open at 9:30 a.m. and serve breakfast are great! It's perfect for folks who work odd shifts or keep weird hours -- and of course it's ideal for heavy drinkers. The restaurant side of the Valley View is a pleasant family-friendly space with reasonably-priced food. The bar in addition to being open 17 hours a day draws a lot of regulars but everyone is made to feel welcome.
