You wouldn't expect a strip mall pizza parlor to turn out authentic Italian meals but that is what Mamma Lucia's does well. Ignore the constant interruptions to the piped in opera music with "Number 81, your order is ready," and instead focus on the food. In addition to the standard pizza and subs Mamma Lucia's offers full meals of pasta chicken veal and seafood; most come with garlic bread and a salad. During the summer you can dine al fresco on the front patio and look out upon the Home Depot parking lot. It'll be just like Tuscany.
