Long before Baltimore had the Ravens it had the Raven Inn named not so much for the bird in Edgar Allan Poe's famous poem but for its location on Loch Raven Boulevard. Of course now this long-time neighborhood tavern has cashed in on its name and is now home to Raven's nest #33 and a popular place to catch the game. When there's no football the Inn occasionally has bands on Saturday nights. In addition to the bar the Raven Inn has a small restaurant serving breakfast lunch and a full dinner menu with local favorites like hot roast beef platters and soft shell crab sandwiches.
