Perring Place is one of the last of the old Baltimore restaurants. Now in its fourth decade little has changed about Perring including the people who go there. While some restaurants try to change with the times and add menu items to reflect new food trends Perring Place sticks with the tried and true -- steaks seafood pasta and chicken dishes -- and does them all well especially seafood. This is a place that still has liver (both calves and chicken) and pickled beets on the menu.
