You're better off running to a Panera in the morning than stopping off at Starbucks. Though the servers don't pretend to know from single double or triple and aren't planning to whip up anything fancy the coffee is drinkable and the prices won't necessitate skipping lunch. Speaking of lunch the Pick Two option of combining salad sandwiches and soups usually manages to fill us up. We love the French onion soup and the turkey artichoke sandwich.
