Since 1974 chef Ruben Evangelista and hostess wife Kathy have treated customers to a comfortable colorful cheerful atmosphere. In addition to Southwestern specialties the menu also features crab cakes garlic shrimp stuffed mahi sangria tenderloin and rack of ribs. Start with a strong margarita or homemade sangria and end with fried ice cream or Southwest bread pudding.
