At the happiest restaurant in Baltimore Ted Stelzenmuller and his gang prepare fearless and big-hearted food for a devoted following. There might a burger made entirely out of bacon or a creme brulee made out of durian. But you won't still find a better $20 steak in Baltimore than the grilled Argentine steak finished with herb butter. --Richard Gorelick
