Much of the business at Gamba's is takeout but customers can also order at the counter and bring their food to the cozy booths in the dining area. Dinners including pork chops lake trout and barbecued chicken wings are served on foam plates with plastic utensils and paper napkins. Fountain drinks come in disposable cups. It's all very casual -- and quite delicious.
