It's pretty evident from the warehouse feel and fiesta cantina design that the creators of Don Pablo's aimed to give their customers that authentic Mexican feel. It still ends up feeling like a chain but the food is good and includes tacos quesadillas burritos and a nice sizzling plate of fajitas.
