China Best Restaurant does its best to carve delicious dishes out of its woks but never quite succeeds. The pork fried rice is nothing to write to mom about and the General Tso's chicken is gristly but at least a step up from the ill-fated designation of mystery meat. Positively the vegetarian dishes with tofu command respect for flavor and texture. All in all this buffet joint is adequate but not at all what it claims to be.
