Claiming itself to be one of the last-standing honky-tonks Chick Hall's Surf Club is really a mix of everything and every kind of music. You wouldn't expect to hear hip-hop at a honky-tonk but it's entirely possible at Chick Hall's. It's a comfortable divey bar that hasn't changed much since its inception despite the changing neighborhood around it say the regulars.
