In 1996 the Spiladis family's taverna-style restaurant introduced to Baltimore the idea of displaying fresh fish in the dining room. A new sister restaurant the Olive Room focuses more on the grilling of succulent meats. Together the Fells Point restaurants are twin temples of fine Greek cuisine. --Richard Gorelick
