Legendary organist Frederick Swann will play works by Bach, Franck, Willan & Weaver on Brown Memorial's famed 1931 Skinner organ. "One of the country's most distinguished organists" (music critic Tim Smith), Swann has performed thousands of recitals and released numerous CDs. Organist at NYC's Riverside Church and California's Crystal Cathedral for many years, in 2016 he is giving a small number of concerts before "attempting to retire."
