Adam Pendleton (American, b. 1984) is a New York-based artist whose work examines and questions the freedom of abstraction in relationship to language, politics, and identity. The Contemporary Wing's Front Room Gallery will feature paintings, collages, and screenprints displayed against immersive floor to ceiling wall works derived from photographic and text-based collages. Runs March 26-Aug. 13.
