Icing Smiles will host the 2017 Baltimore Buttercream Ball, Cocktails and Confections, as a night to celebrate the organization’s accomplishments with pastry professionals and area advocates such as the Ravens Cheerleaders, La Cakerie and Cakes 2-A-T. The evening will also raise funds to support Icing Smiles’ mission to provide custom celebration cakes to families impacted by the critical illness of a child, with the goal of providing a temporary escape and creating positive memories.
