The Upper Deck advertises its world famous crab cakes. We wouldn't go that far. Still this is the fanciest restaurant in Pocomoke City (second fanciest: Friendly's). The bread is good the fried chicken isn't bad and the place as a whole has a sort of down-home unwashed Eastern Shore appeal.
