Sarko Japan is that no frills stand at the mall that offers three servings of Chinese food for around $5 a plate. You may not know what they put in the food but once you take a bite it's like Chinese food heaven. Just don't try to extend the topic of conversation with the servers beyond thier food because they won't understand a word you're saying. Ask someone else where the bathroom is.
