Owner Ryan Perlberg is doing something right in Fells Point. His gourmet hot-dog joint Stuggy's now delivers and his newest endeavor Willow is a thoughtful take on a Latin lounge. But it's Rye his dimly lit ode to hand-crafted cocktails that makes the best impression. Its informed bartenders are always concocting something new which keeps the menu and thus the experience fresh. It's a modest space most concerned with presenting stellar drinks and that serious -- but not stuffy -- attitude makes it not only one of the best new bars in the city but one of the best period.
