Coal fire translates to a crispy crust so if you're into Chicago-style you may want to steer clear of Phat Pug's. Some of the varieties offered include three-cheese (Asiago mozz and ricotta) meat eater's (pepperoni ground beef sausage and steak) and Healthy Pug Pie (peppers mushrooms tomatoes onions and grilled chicken).
