Housed in what appears to be an old bank in downtown Havre de Grace MacGregor's claims that every table has a water view. The menu includes ambitious seafood beef and pasta dishes (almond peppercorn encrusted swordfish portabella Caesar salad). MacGregor's has been around for 20 years so it must be doing something right.
