An Ocean City tradition since 1939 Dumser's serves up traditional diner food. The made-to-defrost cheeseburger is a greasy mess but ice cream is what Dumser's does best. Try the peanut butter milkshake instead. Or if you make it in time for breakfast order some waffles (not to be confused with waffle cones).
