Fortunately Carolina's Tex-Mex Restaurant delivers comfortable well-priced Mexican food while maintaining a little more atmosphere than the average joint on the street. Lime green wallpaper embellished by painted-on picture frames reminds you that this place isn't too upscale but the food and the service will more than make up for it.
