Friends of Druid Hill Park's Annual Winter Solstice Celebration. December 21 from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. $5 suggested donation. The winter solstice marks the time of the year when the darkness begins to fade and the earth prepares for a new cycle of growth. Come and celebrate this important event in the calendar with the Friends of Druid Hill Park. Join us at the Green Man Sculpture (along the Druid Hill Reservoir) for a magical time.
