Leo Strauss was a professor of political philosophy at the University of Chicago and was commonly regarded as the father of neoconservatism. Richard Velkley from Tulane Univesity is giving a lecture about Leo Strauss's view on Martin Heidegger, who Strauss studied alongside other phenomenologists like Edmund Husserl. A must-go for philosophy nerds, and people willing to become one.
