Neighborhood Lights Waverly attendees will be instructed in the creation of LED “Throwies.” Based on the original concept by the Graffiti Research Lab, this project will allow the community to collaboratively decorate the exterior of the “PROTEAN” structure. At the completion of each night these can be taken home as mementos from the shared experience.
