Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore’s “Waterfront Wellness Series” returns once again to the Inner Harbor this summer with FREE classes! On Saturday and Sunday mornings in West Shore Park, participants can take part in boot camp with Peak Performance Baltimore, “Dance 2 Fitness” with Canton Club, yoga with Charm City Yoga and parkour with Urban Evolution. In addition to group exercise, the Department of Recreation & Parks offers new kayak tours of the Harbor. With the support of Medifast, Waterfront Partnership also adds a nutritional component to this year’s series where Waterfront Wellness participants can get nutritional information, product samples, giveaways and cooking demonstrations. WHEN: May 23rd-Sept. 20th, Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00-10:00 a.m. Saturdays 8:00 a.m. – Boot Camp with Peak Performance Baltimore 9:00 a.m. – Dance 2 Fitness with Canton Club Sundays 8:00 a.m. – Yoga with Charm City Yoga 9:00 a.m. – Kayaking with the Department of Recreation & Parks 9:00 a.m. – Parkour with Urban Evolution Note: Classes are held weather permitting.
