Under the Scope brings together seven contemporary artists each of whom explore different methodologies & aspects of science. Through sculpture, installation, painting, printmaking, performance, photography, and video, the artists; Selin Balci, Lauren Kalman, Elisabeth Crisman, Nicole Shiflet, Benjamin Andrews, A. Gray Lamb, & Kathy Strauss probe beneath the surface of things, into the depths of the microscopic world. An artist’s reception and talk will be held Thursday, October 27, 6-9 pm.
