Bob Jacobson, alto sax Bill Kalkman, guitar Larry Kinling, bass Darrell Taylor, drums Sounds Good Jazz Quartet pays tribute to the unique artistry of alto saxophonist Paul Desmond. In addition to Desmond's best-known compositions - "Take Five" and "Wendy" - the band will play many of the blues, samba, bossa nova, swing tunes and ballads that Desmond recorded as a leader on four stellar albums in the mid-1970s.
