Sound Off Live! is live audition where up-and-coming bands & musicians from the Maryland region compete for a chance to perform at either Artscape, Light City or the Baltimore Book Festival. Sound Off Live! takes place during Free Fall Baltimore in October. Bands are selected to perform live in front of an audience & a panel of judges & have 15 minutes to perform three songs.
