In 2015, Baltimore marks the 30 year anniversary of its sister city relationships with Rotterdam in the Netherlands and with Xiamen in China. Celebrate with workshops and performances for the whole family with Dutch and Chinese themes, followed by an evening art opening reception / networking event.
