SARC, Harford County’s resource center for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse and stalking, will host its 19th Annual Bull and Oyster Roast on March 4, 2017 from 7:00 to 11:00 p.m. One of Harford County’s most popular fundraisers, SARC’s Bull and Oyster Roast doubles as a St. Patrick’s Day celebration. look forward to a fun evening filled with food, drinks, dancing, prizes and the opportunity to bid on an array of silent auction items.
