More than 5,000 worshippers gather annually at Oregon Ridge to celebrate Rosh Hashanah in a free outdoor service open to the entire community. Baltimore Hebrew Congregation (BHC) hosts the 9th annual Rosh Hashanah Under the Stars on Sunday, September 13, 2015, 6 PM at Oregon Ridge Park. BHC’s Rabbi Elissa Sachs-Kohen and Cantor Robbie Solomon lead this unique Rosh Hashanah service. The park opens at 4:30 PM with attendees welcomed to enjoy picnic dinners with family and friends. PJ Library will be on site, providing special opportunities for young families.
