The rolling hills of Howard County might be the perfect place for an amibitous young triathlete to begin their career, with a .62 mile swim, a 16 mile bike, and 3.4 mile run. The event is in commemoration of serive heroes, including first responders, military heroes, volunteers and ordinary people who do heroic things. Finishing this race can be a heroic act in itself, and prize money will suppot charities.
