Established in 2015, the first Evensong of the calendar year is presented in honor of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and in commemoration of the ongoing struggle for justice and civil rights in the United States and in the world at large. The recitalists for this event are chosen for their commitment to social justice causes. This year, we are pleased to welcome the Unique Sounds of Love Chorus, led by director Joshua Sommerville performing at 4:30, with Evensong following at 5 pm.
