Professor David M. Lampton, George and Sadie Hyman Professor of China Studies at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, will deliver an address titled “Thinking Strategically about U.S.-China Relations” before the Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs on Thursday, November 5, 2015. The program will be held in the Constellation Room at the World Trade Center Baltimore, 401 E. Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland, 21202 at 6:00 p.m. Reservations are required. Members may attend free of charge and membership is open to the public. Non-member admission is $25.00 and the guest fee is $10.00.
