Lampton, George and Sadie Hyman Professor of China Studies at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, will deliver an address titled “Thinking Strategically about U.S.-China Relations” before the Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs on Thursday, November 5, 2015.
