HSO will perform Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf, with bilingual script and Spanishnarration by actor/director Carlos Espinal, with Baltimore’s own Jonathan Palevsky for English narration. Continuing our celebration of friendship for our March concert, HSO is performing a work by one of Maestro Gaylin's closest and long-standing friends and colleagues — composer Carlos Sanchez-Gutierrez. The program concludes with one of the greatest homages to friendship ever penned: Elgar's Enigma Variations.
