Celebrate the end of Maple Sugar harvesting season at Oregon Ridge Nature Center's annual Pancake Breakfast on the weekend of March 7 and 8. Enjoy pure maple syrup drizzled on a stack of hotcakes, served with grilled sausage, orange juice, coffee, milk and tea. The event also features live music, face painting, box raffles, potted flowers and gift shop sales. Breakfast is from 8 A.M. to Noon both days, at the nearby Oregon Ridge Lodge.
