The National Aquarium celebrates Black History Month on the seventh. Specifically, the evening with be about the Chesapeake Bay's region and its role in black history, and the night will have a performance of "Chesapeake Bay Dreaming," by the award-winning Aquarium on Wheels program. Additionally, a legendary Baltimore jazz club will be recreated with a bar for people of 21 years of age or older.
