Howard County NAACP Youth Council sponsors its 3rd annual Black History Program, "The Organizations and a Taste of Soul." Program showcases local orgianzations and will have entertainment that includes dancing, singing, musical performances and more. After the program, attendees can enjoy a meal of chicken, fish, collard greens, green beans, sweet potatoes, macaroni and cheese and other dishes.
