What is mindfulness and how can it help you? Using Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness for Beginners (text required), we will learn and engage in mindfulness practices to carry into our lives. Open to those new to mindfulness as well as those who have had some previous experience with its practices and philosophy. Bring a brown bag lunch; drinks and fresh snacks provided.
