Meditation improves health, alleviates anxiety, reduces stress, lifts mood, and improves memory. Wear comfortable clothes and turn off your ringers. Come learn. Come meditate. This will be a donation-based group, so just contribute what you want and what you can. Meeting is for everyone and anyone, helpful to relieve addiction, depression, anxiety or to achieve overall wellness. it is not affiliated with AA or NA but we will sign notes.
