The Maryland Half Marathon and 5K returns to Maple Lawn this year with 100 percent of the net proceeds benefiting the University of Maryland Greenebaum Cancer Center. This race, which will be held for the seventh year in a row, has raised more than $2 million for cancer research. All Half Marathon & 5K participants will receive a fundraising page and are eligible for race premiums. This year’s Maryland Half Marathon & 5K will also feature a Kids Fun Run, Kids Zone for families with children and a post-race festival.
