The Maryland Half Marathon & 5K returns to Maple Lawn this year with 100 percent of the net proceeds benefitting the University of Maryland Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center. This race, which will be held for the ninth year in a row, has raised more than $2 million for cancer research. This year’s Maryland Half Marathon & 5K will also feature a Kids Fun Run, Kids Zone for families with children and a post-race festival.
