Join us for the spectacular Little Italy Baltimore Madonnari Arts Festival 2016 on September 30-October 3, 2016, kicking off Italian Heritage Month. Fifty artists, including eight featured Madonnari masters, will literally paint the streets of Little Italy in this magnificent 3 day festival that includes theatre and music, a children's chalk center and more. Festival hours are 11am to 10pm.
