Launched by the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts in 2016, Light City Baltimore is the first large-scale, international light festival in the United States. The 2017 line-up includes Biz Markie, Papadosio, Ozomatli, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Fake Flowers Real Dirt, FAAME Emanuel, Super City, The Crawdaddies, Super Bueno, The Players Band and many more. FFRD will be performing at 640 S. Exeter St in Harbor East from 6pm to 9pm. Bring your glow sticks.
