Kids’ Chance of Maryland, Inc., (www.kidschance-md.org), a nonprofit, educational scholarship fund, will host a 5k benefit run and 1-mile walk on Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Goucher College in Towson, Md. In addition to raising scholarship funds for Kids’ Chance of Maryland, the event will honor Maryland workers who died in workplace accidents in 2016. Each of their names will be read aloud in a memorial tribute. Proceeds from this event will go to the Kids’ Chance of Maryland scholarship fund.
