Anita O'Day shattered the image of the "girl singer" and Karla Chisholm aims to do the same as she swings through songs from the album, "Anita Sings the Most," recorded in 1957. She'll be joined by the Oscar Peterson quartet: pianist Eli Staples as Oscar Peterson, guitarist Michael Raitzyk as Herb Ellis, bassist Jeff Reed as Ray Brown and drummer Jesse Moody as John Poole. The group will also feature selections from Karla's latest release, "Songs on a Sunday".
