She credits her journal practice with enhancing her creativity & effectiveness and promoting greater self-awareness, qualities that have been very useful in her announcing work at WYPR-FM and her clinical supervision work in the Yoga Therapy program at Maryland University of Integrative Health (formerly TAI Sophia).
