Join preZerve at Artifact Coffee to learn the basics of water bath canning. We'll learn all about jelly. Participants will get to sample jelly and observe each step of the process and everyone will leave the class with an informational handout on the how-to's of jelly making and the confidence to start canning in their own home. Coffee and cocktails will be available for purchase.
