Students from the Refugee Youth Project have worked over the last two years with local book artists to develop storytelling techniques and skills related to their culture. Hailing from various countries such as Bhutan, Nepal, Eritrea, Ethiopia, and the Congo, these students have created their own personal books as art objects. Victoria Timpo, a M.F.A. candidate at the Maryland Institute College of Art, curated the exhibition.
